Swansea match weather
With the weather forecast for the nent few days being grim,i think the Swansea match should be called off by Friday dinner time to stop fans from travelling,i think this is basic common sense.what do you all think.

Nigh on impossible??!???!! Don't talk bollocks, got here in Friday evening rush hour under five hours from Upminster including stretch of M4 from Bristol to Cardiff one Lane limited to 40mph,
No snow whatsoever in Swansea

Re: SWANSEA MATCH WEATHER.
The weather sounds marginal but it should be called off due to the fact that traveling there will be nigh on impossible. But because the FA are institutionally biased against us they will make it go ahead. If it were Liverpool playing they’d have no doubt cancelled it post haste.

Not good for us at all. Moyes is already bemoaning our lack of training this week as a handy excuse if we lose.

I'm about half way between Cardiff and Bridgend and the m4 is fucked, lots of abandoned cars and lorries and it's been blizzarding for about seven hours. A lot can change in 24 hours though

Re: Swansea match weather
Cardiff Blues rugby have already called off their game tomorrow and they play on a synthetic pitch so consideration about spectator safety must have played a part.

I tend to think it will go ahead regardless. I doubt if I will make the trip as on top of the current weather, Greater Anglia once again are not running a service and there is a bus replacement service between Bridgend and Swansea.

My mate's son is at Swansea Uni and up to now, there is hardly any snow there. Cardiff, however, is buried in the stuff.

I have so little regard for A Ayew that I reckon even the Immutable Law of the Ex is going to mutate and he won't score against us.

May not change that much - likely his brother will score for him

I've been a bit busy and contacted the club...

"There is currently nothing to suggest the game will not go ahead. We are in contact with Swansea, who have said there is currently no snow in the area, although they are expecting some tomorrow, and they will update us accordingly."

i think a final decision should be made about 4 on friday its really not fair to leave it any later for fans who have one hell of a fucking journey .

Re: Swansea match weather
I'd suggest it's postponed until Andre Ayew's died of Ebola (racist!) as the lump is bound to score against us.

I'm sacking this in the hope that it's called off and rescheduled.

If the train was direct I'd chance it, but I do not fancy rail replacement in this weather.

People in sth Wales have been warned to return home immediately due to red warning for disruptive weather for the next 48 hrs.
Also rail companies say that running replacement bus services may be to dangerous.
